Uis Elephant Guesthouse is situated in the heart of Uis—the old mining settlement, a mere 30min drive away from the famous Brandberg, Namibia’s highest mountain. We offer 4 standard and 5 luxury rooms, as well as 3 double-story suites for guests wanting to indulge in a comfortable stay-over close to Brandberg. All of the rooms are en-suite and equipped with twin beds, dressing tables, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. Their interior design boasts a rustic farmers’ flair with a modern and clean touch, combining stylish luxury and elegant cuisine.
Uis Elephant Guesthouse is a bed & breakfast, offering more than usual by providing guests with a delicious breakfast buffet and set menu dinner.
Our Guesthouse and its surroundings invite you to explore the beautiful nature of Damaraland and the majestic Brandberg. We offer full-day Brandberg excursions, sundowner and elephant drives, sleep-outs, and for the more active traveler we offer hiking excursions all the way up to Königstein, the summit of Brandberg, the highest mountain in Namibia.
